I really think I have a new love for ladybugs!! They are so cute and girly!! My friend from college, Meagan asked me to make a ladybug cake for her daughter's first birthday...I came up with this idea and made a matching smash cake for her little one! I love the way the ladybugs came out...but the mom in me kept thinking the whole time that Meagan was going to have one messy birthday girl after she dug right into her bright red ladybug smash cake!!! Hope it wasn't too messy Meagan!!
