This is me and my BFF Jessica! We have known each other since we were in the first grade and now we are both stay at home mommies living out in Corona. Jessica is expecting baby #3 in the beginning of June and since every baby deserves a little celebration, we decided to throw her a baby shower luncheon.

Of course we had to do a fun dessert table for the guests. Becca (another childhood friend) helped me with the goodies for the table.

I've been so busy this past month with orders that I have neglected my blog! A few weeks ago, my college roommate Kristy was married at Wilson Creek Winery. I had the privilege of making her wedding cake and cupcakes!! Phil made the beautiful cupcake stand and even helped set up for the wedding! Thanks Kristy for letting me be a part of your special day!!

Giraffe Baby Shower

Last weekend was my friend Lorri's baby shower for her first baby. She knew that she wanted a giraffe theme for her cake and cookies so we decided on this:

My gift to Lorri was a diaper cake (of course!) I love the finished product but they sure do take a lot of time to put together!!!

Tea Bridal Shower Cake

I made this cake for Cami's bridal shower last weekend. She is the daughter of an aide in Ashton's class. The theme for the shower was a garden tea party. I got a chance to check out her shower decor when I delivered the cake and it was absolutely beautiful!! Cami sent me the sweetest email, I had to share:

Dear Marissa,

Thank you sooooo much for my beautiful bridal tea party cake!!! I have a thank-you note in the mail coming your way so I won't gush as much here, but seriously the cake made my day- it totally made the party a party! Who parties without cake?!?

Kristy's bridal shower
